Clarification: a programs icon or listing in Explorer, or a shortcut on
the desktop, sendto or start folder, or via its association. It of
course does not work with a running app which is what Eli probably
meant.

(Some day I'll post accurately enough first time... or maybe I just wary
of pedants? ;)
