Try checking your environment settings in your autoexec.bat.  This is how
they should be:

SET PATH=%PATH%;D:\DJGPP\BIN
set djgpp=d:/djgpp/djgpp.env

The reversed directory slash in the second line is no mistake, it is
supposed to be like that because DJGPP is a Unix port.
