Hi, I'm set to run a programming contest in a few weeks and I was wondering
if any of you have any suggestions on how to run it.   I use C/C++, Pascal,
QBASIC, and Visual Basic, and the idea is I give them an idea for a
program, and the best one wins.  What criteria should I use, and how should
I promote it.
