I saw it ones in DOS (about 7 or 8 months ago) and ones in Linux
(about 1 month ago with RHIDE 1.4.5). I really don't know where is
the problem in the code. The problem is too hard to reproduce in my
machine and I normally type some dozens of " by day without hiting
the bug. So lamentably I can't easilly help you.
The problem seems to be more common in Linux because some time ago
Robert told me about that (when he started to port RHIDE to Linux). I
taked a quick look to my code (the editor used in RHIDE) and I
couldn't find any strange thing.
I'll take a look to it again but I can't promess anything.
