I don't understand what you mean.  AFAIK, you have to pay a lot of money
to get the source to Borland's libraries.  However, I don't see why you
should need it in order to remove dependencies on Borland-specific
stuff.  All you're likely to see in a library of DOS functions is a lot
of calls to `int86', and those are even farther from ANSI.
