I suspect you can't, the reason being that OS/2 V1 was a 16-bit
protected mode OS (based on 16bit DPMI, like Windows 3.*, I guess),
and I doubt it has the necessary support to run 32bit DPMI client
programs. But then, it's really very simple to test that: just get
your hands on such a system, and see what happens if you start
'go32-v2.exe' from the DJGPP distribution there.
