What Eli points is true, now if that isn't a DPMI program and you CAN execute 
it from a 32 bits DPMI program you can achieve it creating a new roule for 
RHIDE. See the RHIDE docs, there are a few lines about it. Additionally use 
redir -e list.txt RHIDE -E to see the current definitions.
Another option: Go to Simtel and download the editor used by RHIDE 
(v2apps/edixxxx.zip) then go to Tool&Ops|Options|Run program and indicate what 
program do you want to run. Then pressing Ctrl+F9 you'll run the program 
without leaving the editor.
