I don't fully understand your problem. At first RHIDE doesn't support lex or 
yacc files because they imply a double dependency (first they create a .c file 
and then a .o).
Now about how to configure the things run it:
redir -e list.txt RHIDE -E
And you'll see the current roules for each file type.
