This generally means your PATH environment variable isn't set right. 
Verify that it looks right (watch out for spaces around the '='!);
failing that, post the output of `SET'.  See also README.1ST, and make
sure the other environment variables (DJGPP and possibly LFN) are
correct.

By the way, the address in your mail header is bogus.  You should
probably fix it.
