I updated it slightly now and put binaries of patched 1.4.5 there
(see link above).

Practically the same as differences between 1.4 and 1.4.5 from Robert (except
some fixes and also one feature for Linux version only from me: Ctrl-C does 
not kill debugging session, so You can use Ctrl-C to stop program and 
continue debugging after this)
