The latest update of gcc-2.8.1 archives I uploaded and that now are in
DJGPP distribution is controling this and is giving fatal error if 
the instalation is wrong. I didn't want to try to guess correct values
from location of gcc.exe (argv[0]) as this requires additional work and
that is even more significant can hide other problems. Therefore it's
better to tell user what's the problem.
