The short answer is NO.  To read the detailed answer, download the DJGPP 
FAQ list (v2/faq210b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP) and read 
sections 17.5 and 17.6 there.

In general, object files from different compilers are incompatible.  In 
C++ it is even more so, since different compilers mangle the names of the 
functions differently.
