libiostr has been obsoleted with GCC 2.8.x.  You should link libstdcxx.a
instead (so an option like `-liostr' should change to `-lstdcxx').

If you can't change that, you might, as a horrible ugly workaround, copy
lib\libstdcxx.a to lib\libiostr.a.
