I am installing gcc on my second computer, which has 8mb ram. dos 'mem'
finds this ram, and I am using himem.sys and emm386.exe to to control
it.
The problem is with go32-v2. It says I have 450kb of memory, and also,
only a 3mb ram disk when I have 300mb+ free. Anyone know whats wrong,
as I can't get allegro make or any big programs to compile, as they say
virtual memory is exausted. I'm using dos 7.0.

My second problem is with RSXNTDJ on my machine that does work with gcc
v 2.81. RSXNTDJ used to work ok, except that the replacement libgcc.a
made all dos compilations give a sigsegv fault, but when I upgraded to
2.81 it can't open -lmain, no such file or directory etc. when I take
-lmain out of the specs file, it says it needs another library, and when
I take that out windows gives a message box saying sigsegv error address
000013 or however many 0's it is with a thirteen at the end.

	Thanks *very* much in advance,

		Peter Allen
Does RSXNTDJ need re-configerating, or am I doing something wrong.
