Hi,

I would like to have my code compiled with DJGPP 2.01 start at a specific
physical address, but it seems that ld only speaks in linear addresses. Is
there any method for using physical addresses in ld? I'm writing a linker
script like this:

SECTIONS {
   .text 0x100000 : {

     cpu.o(.text)
     *(.text)
   }
   .data : { *(.data) }
   .bss  : { *(.bss)  *(COMMON) }
}

0x100000 is the linear start address that I would like to specify as a
physical address. The DPMI functions (like djgpp_map_physical_memory) make
converting from linear to physical addresses straightforward in C.

Thanks in advance for any insights.
Eric
