Check out:

The PART (POSIX / Ada-Runtime Project) is happy to announce a new
release of the C sources of the Pthreads library.
	ftp-site: ftp.cs.fsu.edu
	directory: /pub/PART/PTHREADS

If you have Win95 and have LFN=y in djgpp.env then they should work
fine. I have build pthreads with GCC2.8.1 and they built without any
problems.
