Which is the 1990 version, GCC or DOS? If GCC, you should definitely get the
latest version (DJGPP 2.01 w/GCC 2.8.1). Look at the Zip Picker at
www.delorie.com/djgpp/, download the packages you need, and read README.1ST.
It explains the environment settings you need. If you have Windows 9x, you
should add SET LFN=Y.
