There are a variety of resources at www.delorie.com. But if you want to
learn the C/C++/etc. language, then AFAIK you have to actually go out and
buy a book. There aren't any good online ones that I know of.

Two good books are supposed to be "The C Programming Language, 2nd ed." by
Kerninghan and Ritchie, and "The C++ Programming Language" by Strousup (I
think, and it's also spelled wrong).
