If it is something intended to complement the DJGPP project itself (like a
library, etc), it could go in the djgpp/v2tk/ section of Simtelnet. Email
<dj AT delorie DOT com>, and he will tell you where to send it so he can upload it.

If it is an application unrelated to DJGPP itself (besides being written
with it), I don't know where the most appropriate place to put it would be.
