AFAIK, it will work if one card is VGA and the other is monochrome. Their
video memory is mapped at different places, so they don't conflict.

Mono cards should be *extremely* cheap, especially if you get them surplus
(they're about 1980 technology). There is the converter plug, or you can
probably get a mono monitor very cheaply also.
