Just to let people know, I've got some working code for loading
TTF fonts in Allegro using the code from the freetype project.
Right now I'm still on vacation, so work will go slowly (or not at all)
but I hope to announce it in a couple of weeks. If you wwant to talk
about it give me a mail...  Hinting and font smoothing work great!
