You need to enlarge the max DPMI memory available to the DOS box, which is
set in the Property Sheets of the DOS box (the default is ridiculously
low).  For details, read section 15.6 of the DJGPP FAQ list
(v2/faq210b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP).
