Thank you for the e-mail that I have had suggesting that I use pkunzip
with the -d option. I don't think that this is the problem, though, I
used the windows 95 version of pkunzip that created all the right
directories.

Reading the gcc manual, it looks as if the problem lies between the
pre-processor and the compiler as the suffic .ii means a program
that must be compiled, but not put through the macro pre-processor.
Knowing this doesn't seem to put me in a better position, though.
