The NT mouse driver is really badly broken: it only supports a tiny 
subset of the int 0x33 functionality. Try setting "mouse=NT" in your 
config file, which may fix the trouble. If that doesn't work, your 
only option is switch to an OS that is capable of running DOS 
programs properly :-)

Not sure: does this happen with any of the Allegro examples, or just 
your program?
