I've had some reports that Allegro MIDI does work with the Soundscape,
using the MPU-401 driver, but this is relatively untested and there is
no native Soundscape support. Your mileage may vary: if it doesn't work,
there probably isn't much you can do other than to write a proper
Soundscape driver...
