You will (probably) need to add an entry to your "dir" file in the
djgpp/info directory. If you don't already know, the file can be edited by a
plain text editor, and you can just add a line for flex. 
For an example, here's my entry, though I'm surprised you don't already have it.

... blah blah - rest of dir file ...
* Bison: (bison.inf).
	The GNU yacc-like parser generator

* Flex: (flex.inf).
        A fast scanner generator

* CPP: (cpp.inf).

... and other entries...
