Argh. You are the sixth person who has asked this question since I put
the diff up about a week ago, and yet on my webpage, about two
centimeters below where you had to click to download the file, it says:
Installation instructions can be found in the zip. Note: the patch
program is a standard GNU tool, and is part of the djgpp
distribution (filename pat*b.zip).
Try reading the instructions first, and then ask for help only if the
info you need isn't already there...
