Well, I figured out what the problem was...  My video card sucks.  I got
Display Doctor and it runs 16-bit fine in dos.  My problem now, however
is that Display Doctor is screwing up Win95 and I can't run a program in
a DOS box like I used to be able to...  I tell you, I can't win...
(maybe I should buy a new video card!)
