level 11 from the URL.

RCS 5.9 patch level 13 for DJGPP is available from any Simtel site in
the djgpp\v2gnu directory, the filenames are:
	rcs5713s.zip	-Sources files
	rcs5713b.zip	- Binary files

Another package you may alos want to look at is CVS, Concurrent
Version Support for RCS. This adds multiuser support to RCS. There are
front end's that work under Windoz 95 available from Simtel.
