I have some additional docs on that (unfortunately, only as a printed 
copy), although I have never had any first-hand experience with VDS.  But 
if you have questions that MS and RBIL don't cover, try asking them, 
maybe I will be able to glean the necessary info from what I have.

That is correct.  IMHO, any serious DOS user should have a memory manager 
installed (CWSDPMI was never meant to replace one).
