CWSDPMI will not use any memory in this region unless you have it included
in UMBs, in which case any DOS application could be using them.  If you 
don't want it as part of a UMB read the documentation on whatever memory
manager you are using.  If you aren't using UMBs you have nothing to 
worry about.
