Why in djgpp/lib?  The distribution unzips it into the info/
subdirectory.  If it is in lib/, it will not be found.  Please move it
to info/ and see if that helps.

You shouldn't need to do so.  The supplied `dir' already has a menu
item for Flex.  Please look and make sure that there is a line there
which begins with "* Flex:".  If so, your `dir' is fine.
