Here's a load of quesions... :)

Using C/C++ in DJGPP(that's why I'm here...)...     -

Anyone know to use VESA Function 0Ah (Return VBE Protected Mode Interface)?
Specifically, how to retrieve the Set window call and Primary Palette Data
functions from the code table it returns? Also, anybody know how to set and
get the palette when you are in a 16.8M color mode? Is it the same as using
the usual VGA ports, or do you have to use VESA func 09h( Set/Get Palette)?
If so, how exactly would you set a palette for a mode with 16.8M colors?
