I am still looking for a solution and I would be very interested in yours.

I don't know what parts of mrmuldiv.c to keep. Could you send me attached
your mrmuldiv.c file (and eventually your mrmuldiv.s) , your mirdef.h.

My equipment is a PC 486 DX-2 66 Mhz, and I am using DJGPP under MSDOS and
W95.

I compiled all the .c files with
gcc -O -c source.c

and then I ran :
ar rc libmiracl.a *.o

I got a libmiracl.a but I didn't work because mrmuldiv.c
