Which version of DJGPP are you using?  "struct rlimit" is defined on
<sys/resource.h> which is part of DJGPP v2.01.

If v2.01 is the version you are using, then describe the steps you've
done to recompile Grep.  The file djgpp/README explains how to build
Grep with DJGPP tools.
