Please in the future do not omit parts of the messages that get
printed by various utilities.  Most of the messages include crucial
hints to the nature of your problems.  Since you have no idea about
what is and what isn't relevant to those problems, it is highly likely
that the very thing you omit is the one which would have unlocked your
problems.

This might mean that the zip files were corrupted, and that therefore
the programs you are trying to run are corrupted as well.  I suggest
to download and install them again (and this time, please pay close
attention to any warning/error messages).
