DJGPP supports all these languages. (Well, AFAIK its Basic is
somehow more basic that you might expect ... ;-) Just install
the compilers and enjoy. :-)

AFAIK, there are no specific books for DJGPP. Get a book about
C/C++ and look up the DJGPP-specific information from the excellent
DJGPP FAQ list.
(But don't forget to try GNU Pascal!;-)

Not too big, but of course this depends on what you are going
to program.
