I would like to get a copy of the libtv.a -- I did a fair amount of
TurboVision programming in BC3.x, and I would like to be able to use the
same TUI in djgpp.  I tried downloading the RHIDE source code to build
the library myself, but the makefile gives me a few "bad command or
filename" errors and bails out.  I have RHIDE 1.4 and the basic djgpp
packages for C++ compiling, and I have the old source code to Turbo
Vision, but I really don't want to have to learn asm to do the port
myself when someone has already done so.

Does someone have a copy of libtv.a that I can download (or someone can
send to me)?  Or, can someone tell me what programs I need to get the
RHIDE source to compile so I can generate the library file?
