It's separate from GCC 2.8.1. It's the alpha of the DJGPP base library and
tools version 2.02. You are welcome to test it, but as DJ said you should
then be willing to help work on it. Beware: Some things are known to be
broken in the latest alpha. DO NOT link production code with it.
