Please describe how do you mount that network drive from the Windows95
machines. Also, please type the following command from the DOS prompt
(in the same DOS box under Windows 95 where you run RCS) and tell what
output does it produce:
truename x:\foo\bar
where "x:\foo\bar" is the full path name of the directory where you
are trying to create a new RCS file.
