Close. It is used for developing games by many , and the DJ part is
right, but it means something different, but I forget what. But calling
it a Game Programming
Platform takes a rather limited view of its potential, and I know from
personal experience that it harld makes game development a walk in the
park.

DJP is an executable compressor for DJGPP programs. The Docs say that it
reduces file size by around half, with 6-8 megs decompressed per second
with no memory overhead.
