That's only partially true. I'm not a C++ expert, so please
be patient, but AFAIK there is a C++ standard which mentions
to use the header <iostream> and not <iostream.h> directly.
There is a file iostream (note the missing .h) and also many
other headers without the .h which include then the right
headers.
