Yep,
	I've had that on my high end system at work.  I have this big monitor
here and I thought it would do better than cga.  so I hit the full
screen button on top of screen.  That gave me a full clunky screen cga. 
I then messed around in rhide Options Environment Preferences and at
some stage in there I had your situation.

	I also did a preference on the dos alias and fiddled with the lines per
screen.  Combinations of these two may be your problem.
