Nope. The SB16 details (16-bit wave audio) is in that manual, but info
about the ASP/CSP and AWE32 stuff like the EMU8000 synthesizer is
unavailable. There has been some efforts at reverse engineering the
EMU8000 specs, but none all too accurate. George Foot's AWE32 driver
for Allegro is based on these works.
