Egad, that's a lot of memory for the assembler to use. How large is your
source? If it's not too large (say, <15K) post it here so people can
investigate. Otherwise, maybe someone with Fortran installed will volunteer
to check this out (I don't).

Also, what version of Binutils are you using?

Are you using DOS or Windows 95? If Windows, do you have the DPMI memory set
to 65535?
