Did you get the copy of ftp.cs.wisc.edu/ghost/aladdin/ ?

Normally there are a lot of laserjet drivers built in Ghostscript,
look at the ones available if you give gs --help, you will find there
(at least): laserjet, ljetplus, ljet2p, ljet3 and ljet4.
To use the LJIIP driver to print to LPT1 you will have to invoke gs
as: (mind the case of the options!)
  gs -sDEVICE=ljet2p -sOutputFile=lpt1 -dNOPAUSE -c quit file.ps
You will find further information in the files NEW-USER.TXT and USE.TXT.
