Nobody forces you to use RHIDE, you know. Compiling from the command line
with or without your own makefile is a perfectly acceptable way to manage a
project, and you are welcome to use it.

If you think the documentation for RHIDE could be improved, please give
specific suggestions and I'm sure the maintainer will be happy to
incorporate them.
