Sorry if this is getting off-topic, but:

I have seen it mentioned twice, that you
only need to extract the PGCC zip files
to install it under DJGPP.
However the PGCC readme tells me to make
changes to the 'crt1.c' file and rebuild
the library for stack-alignment fixes.

Is it really necessary?
If so, does anybody have a pre-compiled
patched 'libc.a'?

The readme does mention some lfn problems
when rebuilding and they make a newbie like
me a bit scared.

Thanks,

Maciej.
