Yes, but names typically change. There seems to be dozens of lib link
in DGJPP homepage.

You can buy a old version of BorlandC, but IMO you would be better off
learning DGJPP since GCC part is very portable.    If you are thinking
of Windows, VC++ is only way (not really usable as C compiler.)
