1) Create entries: a palette, and the bitmap(s) that uses it.
2) Read in the bitmap that uses the picture
3) Grab it to your picture entry using the normal method
4) Select your palette entry and grab as well.

You should see your palette on the right side and shouldn't see the message "The
palette you are using is different..."

Note: if you read in a new picture, it may unselect the palette you just
grabbed. Just double-click on the palette and it should be restored.
